It's a thrill to be more than a week into October and still no snow or overly cool weather. The mornings have dipped to low positives but still the positive weather persists, and for that I am grateful.

Making room for the changes, I've been boiling a pot of water in the mornings and then using it to fill my favorite winter buddy, a water bag. I love having the water bag with me on the cooler mornings, especially when I need to be up and going at an early/brisk time.

Since the weather has continued to be so beautiful and visually appealing, I've been taking every opportunity to walk Penny in the mornings and observe the changes in the weather and leaves. It's fun time that Penny and I share together.

This morning I am catching up on day-to-day tasks like laundry and house chores., I'll work later on in the afternoon.

As the weather transitions and the cooler winds sweep in, I feel the changes of my mental disposition as well. Softly, the reminder that all is well and okay soothes, as it so consistently has and does.

Slowly and with patience, with a fierce and great bravery, the will to try and continue onwards shows it's powerful presence within the core of my being.

I'm sorting and downloading photos this morning. I've decided to share a few from June. It's strange how it feels like such a long time ago.
