Spring

I'm trying something new today.

In the past, I've always written my own blogs by typing things out.I haven't always had the time for that.

Today I decided that since I have the equipment I need to try this in a new way, that I would.

Last week I went downtown and purchased a microphone so that I could talk Instead of typing.

This is my first time giving the microphone a try. I just finished setting it up, which was so easy compared to my internal microphone.. I don't think it works at all.

It feels like a luxury to be able to do my blogging this way. My thoughts come and go very quickly and I love the idea that they can be typed as quickly as I'm speaking them.

It's different from voice to text because I don't need to insert any of my own punctuation. The only punctuation I need to adjust comes from changing the pace in my conversation and dialogue, which then causes the microphone app on the computer to place periods where they might not otherwise be.It seems to get a better idea of what I'm saying as time goes on, period. It's quite smart and I'm quite enjoying its features and functions.

I want to talk about the day, but I realize it's been months since my Last post and there is so much to catch up on and about.

2023 is a big and exciting year for so many reasons.

There are many different things I'm looking forward to and have planned already.

There are a lot of things I've not planned but have the desire to participate in and do during the warm season as well.

The past few days have been warm and sunny.

It has been encouraging.

I feel as though I really come alive during this spring and summer months.

I have been expressing my creativity through my plants over the past few months. My plant collection has grown and multiplied and divided.

I have committed to a few markets with my friend Lyndy this year.

I'm interested in bringing mostly plant related items.

@myplantportfolio Has been the page I have been using most to share lately.

I am inspired by the beauty of nature every day, just by walking through the house.

I am grateful.

Plants are powerful and it's wonderful to be able to observe their beauty so closely.

My first market for the new year is coming up in just a few weeks on April 15th.

I'm really excited to see vendors from last year and familiar faces.

It's been a great place for me to make friends and meet people with similar interests.

At my workplace, I've had a gradual but consistent increase in shifts over the past couple months.

It's been a wild ride, but I have enjoyed the consistency of the work and the beauty of the work environment itself.

I also enjoy my tables/The people that come in.

I grew up watching my parents serve., On the field, in ministry, overseas.

It was my life for many years.

Serving others reminds me of my childhood.

Honestly, it also makes me feel good.

I'm hopeful that with my new upgrade (this snazzy microphone) I will be here more!, Doing this, just like I'm doing right now.

It felt pretty luxurious to be able to do my nails whilst putting this together.

I love a good multitasking opportunity.

Unfortunately I'm having a storage issue on my site and I'm unable to load new photographs at this time.

This is something I will definitely need to manage.

I was not aware of this issue until this morning, so I need to move on with my other tasks for the day And get back to it when I have more time to dedicate towards that.

I searched through what's already uploaded and picked this shot.

Definitely I'm loving my coffee today ;)
