Recent reflections & Revamp

It's been about 6 months since my last post/writing here.

The interval of time in between feels like both a lot, and a little.

I needed to go internal and sort out some emotions and feelings.

I needed to figure some things out for myself, in my own time.

I don't feel as though I've finished that phase, but I've certainly entered it and found some clarity from that space.

Time stops for nobody.

The reminder is everywhere for me.

Step in, step out..... Step forward, step back.

Finish one thing, start another.

Complete, repeat.

Perspective has been a bright, shining light on my life path.

Each life represents one's own timeline.

Soft reminder, we all have different lessons to learn, and different things to accomplish.

I believe contrast is meant to be inspiring and exemplary, as opposed to comparative or competitive.

As the days writings may reflect;

I feel poetic lately.

A part of myself I seldom show, and perhaps haven't catered enough.

This winter season has been prosperous in reflection and thought.

Ideas flow through my mind like a cascading waterfall. I take on what I can in a day, on top of my normal flow, saving the excess away in my day-to-day notebook as I go.

During my absence from writing here, I thought about it often.

This restart isn't meant to be able meeting writing goals anymore.

Been there, done that.

This restart is about self-expression, emotional processing, and my passion for writing itself.

New/Other:

I've started an instagram page to help track the progressions of plant growth and new additions to the plant family inside the home. It's been a fun project to date.

Time escapes me when I focus in on plants.

It's becoming such a calming habit to walk through the house admiring them, misting them, caring for them as needed.

Each time I look at them they've grown.
