June has brought some of the most sunny and warm days I've seen so far this year.
I have loved every second of the sun on my face.
I have taken time to bask in it..
Taken time to honor and respect it.
I have deep gratitude for it.
I feel so alive after I've had a chance to soak up the sun.
Speaking of gratitude.
I am so grateful for my days off this week.
They've each given me a lovely opportunity to organize, sort, sift, fix, plan, paint, list, sell & beyond.
This morning I got the laundry sorted and put away, fed the dogs, made a coffee, showered, pruned and weeded around the trees in the backyard while the dogs relaxed in the sun.
I made a list and have been adding to it and checking tasks off.
Whatever comes to mind.
Everything accumulated and written, it feels like a good head start to the day.
These bright, sunny days bring so much opportunity.
I like to try to be as prepared for that as possible.
My goals of cleaning out the garage of extra clutter are well on their way.
It's been a big chunk to pull apart and sort and sift.
I am amazed at how quickly it was compiled in a retrospective.
Regardless, the past weeks and the sun have brought a swift change in momentum. With each message and interest I become inspired to expand and evolve further. The flow continues on in such a rhythm.
Other industries show the same increase in pace.
With many opportunities arising and being presented, I have needed to get back into the habit of consciously planning out my time with more accuracy and precision. Day by day, week by week, month by month.
This season I want to make sure I am allowing myself the time to be able to appreciate and enjoy the outdoors.
From here I plan to move into more organizing and cleaning up. Perhaps a bit more pruning around the yard as well.
It's really peaceful in the back, with the sun peaking in through the leaves.
Tonight I'll take Penny back to Mikes.
I love her visits. She's the best and her mature and polite influence is wonderful for little Zoey to learn from.
I've also planned a pickup after that. I love a nice coffee table. if the opportunity is right, I can't resist.
Lastly, for now, I've tentatively planned another yardwork slot.
Theres plenty to do back there!
If the sun keeps up, I'd love to spend the bulk of the day outside.
More photos of this seasons blooms and cuttings for wreaths and upcoming naturecraft of so many varieties.
