A few weeks ago I was contacted by Colleen Bachmann. I had seen many of her projects over the years, and was beyond excited to have received her email. She enclosed a perfect and precise list of details: who was going to be involved, dates, etc. The planning, thanks to her, was easy...The assembling of the lights were slightly more challenging, and took a little longer than antisipated, but what a wicked outside-the-box idea! Last night I drove down to Penticton to help bring the whole idea to life and to merge with a new group of creators.

Hair and makeup had been completed before I arrived, and the makeup artist returned in time to shoot, to touch up, and support. Hair and Makeup credits will be given when the finished photos are released :)
It was perfect to be able to see the finished dress on Colleen. She is a beautiful muse, and her posework is amazingly elegant. It was very cool to watch her pose in motion.
The outdoor segment of this shoot is another to add to my list of final outdoor shoots of the season! It was roughly -4 and it was too cold to not wear clothes with sleeves on them. Colleen was so brave! I am really excited to see this set as there was a lot of diversity in location/background. We shot indoor, and outdoor, in several locations in each atmosphere. I am building a large appreciation for photo sets with storylines.
I am excited to continue ahead full speed with studio work. Its one part of the winter season I really look forward to.
Thanks so much Colleen, Shaun with Moments Under Frame, and team for including me in this fabulous vision. <3
