Eyes Wide Shut Masquerade Runway

At the beginning of last week I snagged a spot in a last minute casting for runway models at the Eyes Wide Shut Masquerade ball, hosted by Standard Night Club. All the models wore lingerie from SHE lingerie. I went there for my fitting a few days before. I was really impressed that SHE stocked a size 30' bandwidth, and 28' too on occasion, I was told. Its a treat to find a lingerie store that stocks/sells smaller bandwidth sizes. I remember when I used to be a server in Fort St. John.. I would leave my shifts in tears because of how badly my upper-back/shoulder area throbbed. It is the waist that should be supporting the weight of the breasts, not the shoulders. When the waist band in too loose, all the weight gets thrown onto the shoulders which can be severely uncomfortable and painful.

There must have been at least four photographers on site. Each model had 3 outfit changes.

I'm really happy and excited to have launched myself into Calgary's runway society. Already, there are more shows I am scheduled to be a part of, and am learning more about Calgary's runway community daily.
