I know it's only 7, but I really told myself there would be no sleep until this post was finished. It's lame always leaving apologetic notes mixed in with my posts because omg its been a week already and I haven't been back to the blog. SO. No more sorry's. The sorry's are done. I look forward to more blogging and also some blog featuring! I was approached earlier this week with an exciting new opportunity to feature an experienced blogger & writer. We are currently in conversation and collaboration mode. I look forward to featuring his work here.

In the studio I've got some new and exciting projects on the go. I feel blessed to be able to connect & communicate open and freely with some truly inspiring models/djs/socialites. I am very excited and inspired by the idea that they are enthusiastic and quick to respond to my photos & conversations on measurements, color-tones, and outfit ideas.

I've noticed myself feeling really drawn to swimwear. Every time I start from a blank slate I have to really categorize what I'm making and where it will be worn. My dreams of infinite warmth and a place where swimwear is acceptable are magnetic and vibrant. I'm persistent to follow the swimwear route where it may take me. Right now, thanks to the beautiful and oh-so inspiring Devon Reid (yourstrully_____) IG, my swimwear will soon be in Panama <3. Communicating with her has been an absolute breeze. I find her so optimistic and absolutely stunning.

Last week was cold/rainy/stormy/snowy/ and also very fluid and filled with meaningful artistic work and progress. I was connected out of the blue and very magically frankly by a past client from somewhere between BC in Calgary. We'd met in Calgary and although we had worked together, it was through an alternate connection and I had never been able to get his contact information. Throughout the week we took some really thought provoking and interesting artistic photos (IMO). As the weather warms I continue to communicate with my BC client list. I really hope the summer arrives before my departure. We all do.

I've attached a photo from my last shoot with Craig Chapman. I've never met anyone so profoundly good at shooting in any type of lighting, whilst purposefully trying to shoot in any and every type of lighting, in the right place, at the right time. I'm both refreshed and inspired by our projects. I hope the feeling is mutual as it is looked at.
