Update

I've just finished getting comfortable in bed after a long hot shower. It's nice to have some time at the end of the day to respond to some emails and website updates. I find I normally do most of my computer work during the morning.

Coming into the new week at full speed, I am aware Mike and I are in our final weeks here in Kelowna. It's been a big 4 months. Full of adventure and activity and change. I anticipate an even steadier flow upon return to Calgary. As the time gets closer I begin to touch base with my contacts and form the proper plans for my time there. I am beyond excitement for the months of May and June which practically promise nicer weather than what currently stands.

A few hours ago, Jessica (owner of Lichon Photography) and I popped out for a quite and efficient sunset concept. We shot one of last years gala dresses; light pink, made with feet of extra fabric just for wind flow, this dress was perfect for the location Jess had chosen. Shoot took me to a secret paradise and captured the look and the landscape photographically. Already its been weeks already since I've Seen Jess so I was so happy she came.

Last Saturday marked my last figure drawing session at livesense during my time in BC. There was a nice big group in the room and many very talented artists. One artist in particular I met at this studio is Blair Dunlop. He hired me to model for him for his personal art collection and I have been recieving photos of his work over the past few weeks.I feel really grateful and fortunate to have been able to connect and work with such a talented and authentic artist. It was awesome to leave on a good note, with time to prep for our future few months in Calgary. Quickly and efficiently Mike and I have begun packing the place up. Its not our first time, and sure enough it seems like every time we pack up again we get a little bit better at it.
