It's been a memorable spring. I've written down many different parts of May, both in my own personal log, blog, and family books. There have been many new changes over the past few weeks and months and they bring me joy and excitement.
Last weekend Mike and I brought home sweet, precious Albert. I never knew I could now such a cuddly, loving and smart dog. He is such a joy to be around and wake up. (both of them). Booked up for the whole week, running through the weekend and straight into the upcoming week, It feels so good to spend time with my little pal Albert and know I don't have to schedule/email/tend to much at all because things are looking quite up to date and lucid.
I have several classes throughout the upcoming week. I'll be at several different venues including: Swintons Art, C Space (Brian Batista's Atelierista), and at a few private studios and sessions as well. Attending a few sessions for the first time since 2016/17 makes me feel grateful and humbled to know such talented and loyal artists.
Time passes yet my YYC friends remain truly dedicated to their art.
This week I'll also be working on some fine art work and some nature based creative work. The sun makes me extra cheery and grateful for the opportunity to know and work with many truly talented creative and artistic people. Winter stayed a very long time this year and at many points I wondered if it would ever end. That being said, I feel more motivated than ever to be outdoors and appreciate this warm spring/summer season.
Photos in this post are from last Thursday's long pose session at C SPACE :)
