Whirlwind

January has been a jam packed month full of work, art, and time for friends.

This coming Sunday I am excited to try out a new breakfast spot with a dear friend of mine. It is such a wonderful time to be able to step away from the things I am doing & working on to just relax in the good company of a friend for a few hours. I am so grateful to be able to find refresh through conversation and friendship here. Calgary has connected me to some truly wonderful individuals and with every year that passes I become more & more grateful for our friendship(s).

This morning I am setting up a portion of my space to work on some photos that will be used for a local artists project. It has been a busy week but I'd made this commitment long in advance so it is important for me to create the time & follow through.

This is really a great time to work on the project as I will be back at the university of Arts on Monday for a big morning & I wanted to reserve some special time tomorrow to continue working on and paving way for some of my current goals.

So far its been a very big year for me. Last week all my free days were dedicated to modelling at Brian's Atelier, the university, and private bookings. It felt good to be able to book up the month and just stay busy for a change.
