Month's end

Looking back on last weeks post it feels much longer ago than just 7 days. It's been a very full and fast month.

I've taken chances & tried to put myself out there to new opportunities and experiences.

Looking forward and feeling an interest in something new, I am excited to purchase my very first acoustic guitar tomorrow. I have always had a passion for music but have never really felt singing alone was enough. I am so excited to take on this new en-devour and have already found a channel I enjoy learning from on you-tube. It feels good to try new things and gain experience in different areas. My brother used to really enjoy playing the guitar when I was younger. I hope I find the same satisfaction from it.

It was wonderful to be a part of many classes and art projects over the past month and I will be making time over the next few days to prioritize bookings and making sure that the art continues into February.

I splurged a little this month and got something I've had my eye on for a while. I've heard they may be going out of date but with a more utilitarian purpose in mind I decided to go ahead and buy my first ring light. Working in the service industry along with my artistic background has given my a new appreciation and sort of passion for doing my makeup. I've just tested it briefly this afternoon & found it quite impressive. I wonder if it will inspire me to create some art.

Below I've attached a few photos from my last short pose session at Atelier Artista.

Artworks are by Keith Springall & Luke Church.
