This morning is a great opportunity to remember that big things happen in small steps.
Sometimes I take steps to try new things.
Often when I do this I find myself filled with an overwhelming desire to achieve and conquer in a multitude of directions.
I find it helpful to try to remember and keep in mind that one by one, all the tasks can be completed.
I'm not exactly sure what causes me to feel the deep angst inside..
Perhaps anxiety. maybe internal stress.
As I pull myself away from the angst I have time to observe and acknowledge all that has already been done.
These feelings of reflection and accomplishment feel much better than the angst.
Perhaps it is nothing more than a lack of focus.
This morning I took my first ever trip to the chiropractor.
In a search of relief from some of the more severe pain in my upper back, I've branched in several different directions.
I've learned many things throughout the months and process so far.
One big thing I've learned is how essential it is to take the time to find the practice and people that are right for you. I focus on locations that are close to where I live as this helps simplify the process for myself.
On more than one occasion I've been pleasantly surprised by beautiful, naturally lit, planted filled, earth infused spaces filled with trained professionals ready to help you reach your health goals. This morning was one of those occasions.
I feel uplifted, in retrospective, and grateful to these professionals who have chosen to help others in the ways they have.
I wanted to take a few pictures of the beautiful space at "Natural Way Chiropractic" (which is where I went), but I didn't know if it was appropriate so I chose not to.
So instead, here are a few photos of one of my most recently propagated "wandering jews". I must've taken more than 12 cuttings from the mother plant and have been so wonderfully surprised as each cutting thrives in its new space.
