Mist & Fog

Wednesday to Friday were misty, fogs days.
The air carried snowy particles that stuck to the branches of the trees. The air was thick with Fog.
It was beautiful.
Felt like a winter wonderland.
Can't shake the chills.
The frost has past but that cold winter air lingers.
It's hard to believe planting/gardening season is around the corner.
The first week of March has gone by with a rapid momentum.
New activities explored, new waters swam, new feelings, set to simmer.
Life passes fast.
I want to continue to allow myself the freedom of reflection (basically no matter what).
It helps me remember., and helps me form perspective.
Over the past week I've done a lot of research and filled my mind up very full. It felt amazing to take in a large variety of new information.
I have been highly captivated, once again by the study of belief/spirituality.
I am a solid 150 pages into a book from my home library that I'd not yet read.
Focused around Celtic beliefs and traditions, I have been highly captivated by it's contents.
In three sittings I have read 2/3rds of it's pages and taken notes on several.
Last night, Jamie and I gazed at the moon and the stars in the night sky.
I reflected on my learnings from my readings that day and days previous, in wonder of how past tribes and communities planned their schedules and on-goings around the moon. Amazing. Whimsical.
Reading has been a wonderful exercise for me over the years.
I decided to start a reading list (finally).
I started it off with the title I am currently reading.
I have several other titles to add from my current collection, that I've enjoyed extrapolating information from as well.
I think the list (and book) will become such a great source of reference for me over time.
The information I read and am intrigued by settles deep.
My plan, once I finish this title, is to move back to my last book on lunar alchemy, which I've not yet completed.
I know it will feel good to complete that and continue growing my perspective in regards to that information.
I have been highly fascinated by the moon lately, it's been so wonderful.
To wrap up this post I've included a few photos from recent hangouts with my friend Cailee.
Her friendship has been a gift.
