Reflections and Ponderings

Happy October!

What a beautiful day to take some time to continue to appreciate fall and its wonderous nature. This years fall in particular was absolutely stunning and captivating in such a multitude of ways.

I woke this morning with what feels like a million different thoughts and ideas nipping at different lobes within my mind. Each one beckoning my attention with great force., Focus feel far away sometimes.

Yet somehow, amidst so much life being lived, thoughts persist and the frequency they care is oh so powerful.

September flowed by with the quick yet quiet and agile pace of a soft river flowing.

I look back on the month in gratitude of all the time spent submerged in and reflecting about nature.

Nature has been my favorite teacher through summer into fall.

It's soft and gentle reminders and calls pull me in, captivating me deeply.

I soak up each sunny fall day with a deep gratitude, as if it may be the last one.

The nip and frost on the roof in the mornings is my reminder of the limited nature of the particular beauty I've had the opportunity to observe over the past weeks and days.

The flowers and bits of nature I collect each day and create different floral ensembles from represent what will soon be memories of a lush, prosperous, and abundant fall. The bundles from earlier summer have maintained their yellows and bright tones so beautifully. I am excited to see this most recent batch of colors preserves over time.

I've been working to upload recent photos to my computer so that I can share some photos of some of my recent bouquets that I've made from this seasons abundance.

I forgot to upload them over the past few weeks so I have quite a few again to sort into their proper folders.

It feels like the perfect time to do that as the suns warmth has not yet touched the many surfaces yet.

As soon as it's brightness and warmth starts to hit, I'll be in the midst of it for sure.

Not overfilled with any one thing in particular., leaving room and space for creative flow.
