Second week of April

Winds of change have swept in since my last post on sun and spring weather.

Winter's snow has returned again.

The air has been filled with snowflakes for about 2 days straight.

I feel a sense of relief that I've not yet done any spring planting as I'm not sure the seedlings would have endured the swift change in temperature.

My new position has been adding extra momentum to the weeks as they pass.

Multiple shifts each week keeps me on the go and moving.

This is preferable to me. I'm quite used to keeping things moving and I tend to enjoy the flow.

My lists have been so helpful in keeping me focused on my goals and to-do's from day to day and week to week.

Lately I'm referencing them daily.

It's an exciting spring, with many plans in the making.

It feels wonderful to continue on with artistic building and planning.

I have missed working on art with others over the winter and since political movements have overtaken the globe the past few years.

It's encouraging to see and hear that I am not alone in these thoughts as it gives me an opportunity to continue building and creating with others more again.

This past week I had enjoyable time relocating several furniture pieces.

I decided to list the archway I'd been storing in the back area on a sunny day last week and it was rehomed within about an hour.

It was a big piece and I didn't have a timeline in mind for the repaint and finish of that so I decided to let someone else use their discretion and creativity to repaint if they choose.

Several chairs went out as well.

Everything felt very win/win in the furniture department this week.

It's always encouraging to have movement and receptivity.

Before weeks end, there are 2-4 other items I'd like to have added to the inventory for viewers/ those interested.

Next week I will be posing at the Atelier again.

It has been such a pleasure to be a part of Brian's classes.
