The consistency of change

This life I've been living... It's been one crazy, HUGE adventure that just keeps on keeping on.

I push myself to continue trying new things and find what really resonates with me and who I am right now. It requires both focus and bravery as I push to open new doors and experience new things.

It might seem strange coming from me, but it is most definitely an exercise and something that requires both focus and also energy.

I don't believe it has been until most recently that I have truly been tapping into how powerful energy can be.

I used to devote large amounts of time to things without thinking about the type of energy that I was putting into the things that I was doing. Without that awareness it feels as though a link is missing and often execution and delivery doesn't align as it would if that energy was also being provided.

My recent experiences and inner reflections have brought me to a space where I find myself reflecting often on the idea of working in an environment that encourages and flourishes my passionate and artistic self. I'm intrigued and encouraged by these thoughts. They open me to new ideas and help me realize the flow that lies with change if only, it could be accepted with more grace and less angst.

Humans are so wonderful and she is indeed one of those wonderful humans I've had the pleasure of knowing.
