Thoughts

Yesterday I spent a bit of time here on the website updating and editing the members area.

Slowly but surely I continue editing and reworking different parts of the website, bringing it closer and closer to a more up to date and functional place.

I have new work to add, as well I have old work that I feel is not being shown in the way I'd like it to be shown. The editor can be a bit complex to work with, so I tend to work on website updates for smaller intervals as I have the extra time.

Since the move, everything has been unpacked and put away.

Still, upkeep and organization remain.

The number of times I've moved in the past 2 years alone have pushed me to evaluate the things I own and why, continuously and thoughtfully.

I've taken some time to focus on plant care and catering to the indoor plant growth.

The indoor light appears to be much to their liking.

Several varieties have multiplied several times over the past few weeks.

It is an inspiring process to observe.

I enjoy ensuring they receive what they need to maximize their growth as plants. I love seeing them grow and change from one week to another.

The upstairs light coming in is really wonderful.

It ads a light brightness that would otherwise be absent from those spaces.

I've adorned most of the naturally lit spaces with plant life. The sunlight gives them replenishment and energy and through photosynthesis they purify the air.

The reflections on the houseplants have reminded me of my desire to plant sunflowers in the front.

A trip to the front with the seeds reminded me that there is more work that needs to be done in the front before the seeds can be planted.

I've loaded up the first container of rocks in the front and it's ready to be hauled to the back.

A recent on site work injury has me currently refraining from lifting heavy objects for the next few days.

3 stitches to the left hand has been a reminder of how fragile is and how quickly things can change.

I watch the wound heal as the days pass.

I've decided to not rush the process and just let it be what it is.

The stitches come out in a few days and I'm excited for that step in the healing process.

For creativity and relaxation I've been doing some drawing. I've decided to share some here.
